Billing & Payment Policy

• Rates for in-person coaching and remote editing will be billed at the rates listed above or at a custom rate as agreed upon in writing in advance.
• In-person coaching/tutoring sessions must be paid for 24 hours in advance.
• Remote editing payments must be received within 5 business days of receipt of updated balance.
• In-person, video conference, and remote editing services are billed in 15 minute increments unless contracted on a project basis.
• Payments are accepted through Venmo or GooglePay

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to or cancellations of scheduled in-person or online appointments
• If changes or cancellations are not arranged more than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for one hour of coaching and any mileage incurred by your coach at a rate of $0.59/mile..

Tutoring package terms

• If you buy a package of hours, any unused hours expire after 6 months.
• If you ever would like a refund for any unused hours, we will refund them at the regular posted rates without any package discounts. Again, refunds must be requested within 6 months of the package purchase.

No Guarantees or Warranties

• The Student understands that TTP does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of coaching/tutoring. We will always make every effort to encourage and enable our students reach and exceed their goals.

Minors

• Where the Student is a legal minor, the Parent/Guardian shall enter into this tutoring contract on behalf of the Student and shall accept and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein on behalf of the Student.
